I am hopeful that the SF assays contain quite high grades especially in the 35m interval in hole 1401. If the NN relationships betweenhigh grade and high levels of silica and pyrite hold up for SF hole 1401 then Iam expecting a grade of at least 7.5g/t and probably a higher grade noting thatthe mineralisation in SF holes is like NN mineralisation (as stated by SL a fewtimes).

    My reasoning is explained below.

I have been through all the announcements which describe the mineralisation for NN (all with visible gold) and the two SF holes with mineralisation descriptions (no visible gold). Note that NN has had many holes with high grade (i.e. 7.5g/t or higher) very high grade (i.e. over 10g/t) with apparently no visible gold.

I remember listening to SL stating in an interview in the last 6 months the high-grade gold is hosted in silica with pyrite.

The lithology of the NN holes is described as mylonitic or altered volcaniclastics(some early holes had the lithology missing). All the NN holes have pyrite inthe mineralised zones of varying levels from 1% to 9% with the higher levelshaving described with “silica flooding”.

TheNN grade of all the holes with pyrite of 1-5% was high grade (i.e. 4 g/t or higher)and one had very high grade but a short interval of 4m (grades were 9m @ 4.10g/t,4m @ 24.46g/t, 35m @ 7.67g/t).

    ForNN holes with Py 5-9% all had a grade over 7.5g/t and two had very high grade (18.6m @ 9.67g/t, 11.55m @ 36.77 g/t, 15.7m @ 13.51g/t, 10m @ 7.5g/t, 29.15m @ 11.09g/t and 12 @ 34.5g/t).

SFhole 1401 was described as follows:

35mmylonitic lithology and “Intense biotite-phlogopite alteration with bands ofchlorite alteration. Silica flooding and silicification throughout orezone in varying intensities. Strong foliation, which is folded in areas.” withpyrite 5% to 8%.

Therest of this hole (15m) and hole 1406 had mineralisation but the descriptions onlysuggest lower grade ie 2 g/t to 4g/t.

Ifthe NN relationships between high levels of silica and pyrite hold up for SFhole 1401 then I am expecting a grade of at least 7.5g/t and probably higher grade.
