Sure does. I did hold that stock but sold out before I met her (doubled my money) and thought it was definitely hyped - Kerry just confirmed it. I saw a report on it and it’s going to be very difficult to mine.
There are lots of stocks which have been or still are being hyped - the classic was CHN ( CEO is still trying to hype but the facts got in the way when they released the SS). Another is WC8 and there will be lots of others.
An investor in the mining sector, specifically explorers and developers, needs to be aware that a high proportion of stocks are hyped by the CEO and boards. Yet there are also lots not hyped which sell for very low prices. One needs to be careful not to pick the hyped stocks.
