    The Southern Block is what ARH are negotiating for in earnest (sorry couldn't resist).

    Minerology own the block currently and ARH will be aquiring it. The terms of this deal is what we do not know, other than Palmer (i.e. Minerology) will probably gain a controlling interest in ARH as part of the deal through a share issue.
