I didn't see BHP chasing phosphate projects. And I wouldn't hang my investment dollar on Treadgold's plausible journalism anyway.
Potash is an important commodity and STB has a world class resource. Therefore the key questions come down to firstly where the project economics fit relative to other projects, both capex and opex. Secondly the risk factors, in the near term particularly project financing.
Trying to cut and paste journalistic opinion of two bit phosphate projects as insight into STB as an investment is very dodgy imho.
