One must wonder whether the govt knew all along of this proposed bauxite mining. If that is the case this reeks of corruption not just incompetence. CXY would have had far less impact than a mine and its csg will imho be proven in asia in a very short time. Let us not forget there are also discussions taking place in vic where they do want to have cleaner energy. I used to look on our northern bretheren as just a little misguided due to too much sun :) Now I wonder if in fact the sun has fried their leaders brains???
