Just so I'm clear on this, do we know that the argy-bargy over the Sth China Sea oil/gas territories, which has flared up again recently (including an Exxon-Mobil block) does not/cannot affect Neon?

I was concerned that this morning's selling build-up may have been a response to recent press coverage.

When the Chinese say they want to be 'good neighbours' you know it's time to be worried.
