Beibu is in the South China Sea.
It an oil-rich stretch of water with China active in putting up claims to rights over certain parts of it- a year or 2 back they grabbed an area from under the noses of another nation(the Phillipines) geographically closer to it than China and proceeded to build an artificial island on the claimed area ,defying the Philipinos to do anything about it.
There is an article on Oilprice .com today about the ongoing situation which focuses on the underlying reason for a land grab- OIL.

Worth a look. As HZN has a link with China via Beibu we should not be too worried but its an ongoing sovereign risk to HZN for sure.
