Black Hills in South Dakota, is heating up as a Lithium hot spot with historical spod production, the Black Hills are home to some of the biggest spod crystals in the world. See photos below.
Black Hills, Keystonr and Tritton is the asset PAT listed on, they have allocated $3m to exploration.
PATs (capped $13m undiluted) tenements are next to IR1 (capped at ~$156m undiluted). IR1 being to the South West probably 10-15kms away.
How good could that land be? IR1s recent drilling results are amazing - close to surface big intervals. See IR1 results.
More holes to come with a 88m and a 107m hit.
Back to PAT. If they could get the drills out this side of Christmas we could see a huge re rate. They are capped at $12m this could bag multiple times before the drill starts breaking ground.
What is PATs plans?
We are in need of proper update from the company (not just rock chips) e.g. what are they going to drill, what are they excited about?
In the quarterly they signaled they are
A) Awaiting rock chip samples.
B) The also acquire more land in the area
C) The directors topped up on market (albeit small quantities), which is a tick of approval.
If the rock chips come back positive, drilling should be soon.
Is a cap raise coming?
They still have $5m in the bank, so for a company capped at $12m, it will be a bit rich to hold the tin out again.
They allocated ~$3m to the South Dakota assets, if they spend it all they should have $2m left in the kitty.
