That is not an NPV calculation. That is is an in-situ metal value calculation which is meaningless in trying to value the deposit. You have no expenses or metallurgical recoveries factored in for example, let alone CAPEX requirements. A Net Present Value calculation requires constructing an annual cash flow model over say a 20 year mine life (which would require CAPEX and OPEX estimates) and then discounting the future cash flows to determine what the value of the deposit is to shareholders today. There are many variables but at this stage the main uncertainties are around metal recoveries and as always assumptions around future metal prices. As per other posts and broker reports, a ~$10 NPV/share is a safe enough estimate at this stage for the MRE. Upside to be unlocked with SF access.
