Good point.
We live next door, I feel a bit sorry for the guy as he did it up himself and considering bigger places that are unrenovated have been selling for around $1.1mill - $1.2mill, $1mill was not a big ask (I think he may have wanted $1.1mill).
It was surreal, I feel sorry for the auctioneer also.
