I think $2 is possible by year-end. If Ramelius can still afford to make a takeover offer, they surely have to do so soon. Even an unconvincing premium would take the bid price beyond $2 (I wouldn’t be keen on selling my shares at that price, although others might).
If RMS (or someone else) doesn’t bid, there are other catalysts for getting the share price to $2 pretty quickly.
The obvious one is Spartan uncovering another NN/Pepper along the shear zone towards Golden Wings.
But another round of spectacular high-grade results at Pepper, plus a continuing ascent in the gold price, might be enough
