It was also so good to see that the communications/promotion side of the business is in great hands with Nick Jolly doing an impeccable job with that presentation. Really made an impact on me as to the talent in the company and came across as earnest, intelligent and credible as his is a voice coming direct from the front lines. Any key man risk with Simon Lawson (who has done an amazing job promoting the company over the last couple of years) has been effectively cleaned up.
