Read the date on the SCS report: 6th April. That's when it hit their dealing desks.

I first saw it on the JPR website on 18th April, which was I think the day it arrived there.

That's how brokers' private client research works: a week around the dealling desks, for brokers and clients to get set on the cheap, then out to the big wide world, as widely as possible, to get the story out and the price up.

It doesn't mean that the story is invalid or the price targets are wrong, just that the people who paid full brokerage for timely access to a piece of high quality research got to buy in earlier and cheaper than those who got the report from the public domain for nothing.
