I don't worry too much about those kind of reports. Have a look at where the country was just two years ago. The Interim government as moved that country forwards in leaps and bounds and that looks likely to continue, at least, for the foreseeable future. There are a lot of bad reports about Australia too but we are doing ok I think. There is a lot of work still to do in the DRC but the point is that things are getting better and its happening quite quickly considering the size of the job at hand.
