I met a guy living in his campervan.
His plates were laminated paper with his PO Box address on them.
Said Licensing demanded an address for registration. Told them he was homeless and was told to use a friend or relatives address. He replied that he was not going to lie on an official form.
Really itching to get charged so he can fight it in court. Says police look at the 'plates' then quickly look away, nothing said.
