To correct you:-

GHD005 left the pipe earlier due to incorrect historical data logging I believe

GHD006 confirmed 200m minimum strike, this is fantastic as it meets Geosun's dimensions for the 3.2-4.6Mozs target for pipe 1. I think we are expecting too much from them if punters are getting disappointed they didn't increase it further. Make no mistake, pipe 1 on current data is huge !

More importantly they encountered visible gold which would imply 10-30g/t for visible over a few metres. This suggest that our minimum grade is 1.3g/t and very likely to increase should we find decent widths at high grades. Expecting GHD006 assays to be very impressive

GHD007 adds so much more to this thing than you think. Drilling through potentially hundreds of metres of skarn at 0.6g/t potentially adds many Mozs to this deposit and huge impact on project economics. Some open cut deposits operate at this grade overall. If the pipes themselves run at 1.3g/t+ and the ore connecting them runs at 0.6g/t, this could be a multi Mozs open cut operation alone. The skarn also suggests there is another pipe in that direction or something massive if you see where else alarm like this is found.

So with high grade visible gold to come, pipe 1 overall grade may kick up to 1.5g/t+ with potentially Mozs of skarn between at 0.6g/t which can be blended. Big big project economics improvements.

As I said, the geos I've spoken to said this is huge, but 'may' not justify the capex on a single pipe. That being said, we will hit a home run if:-

1. 3DIP confirms another pipe (remember they think 4-5), or
2. The high grade gold kicks the grade up and is a lot moe abundant, or
3. The skarn around pipe 1 runs at 0.6g/t which would add Mozs

IMO we will get all 3.

Until we nail 1 of them to confirm the commerciality, a lot of guys are watching from sidelines. That being said, when you look at all the historical data not hard to see they are a big chance.

Wait to see GHD006 assays or 3DIP - if we nail it, we will really see what the instos think. I think they are just being conservative for now until it is entirely derisked.
