What does SK selling have to do with ETC's reputation or ETC the company ?
Answer - nothing.
SK is a separate company and it could do as it pleases - it could be a client and a stakeholder of ETC if it so chooses.
Also SK the company could be selling down ETC shares as they may need to cash up while its individuals directors could still be personally buying shares in ETC as they could still like its prospects and profit guidance.
How do you know that SK's individual directors aren't doing that ? .. can you google search that too ?
