IMO, that is a big one in this deal. Cameroon number one country this year for corruption......great. Congo lagging the permit. Africa renegotiating deals left right and centre. China doing about turns. Africa wanting more and more. Who knows what the latest in the free carry is.

That is my point to those who seem to think that if you have the resource, all will come. They haven't.

That is why I am sick of the la la land "we will prevail" BS being peddled by some here.
