I agree with nearly all you are saying but suing her and her department will only further cause more sovereign risk. Asia and Asian countries are all about saving face not admitting to shame. The govt will never cower to companies but rather come up with some other way of delivering good news.

Yes she should be replaced but no action will take place unfortunately but these are the risks we all face when dealing in these countries.
