I shifted to optus 12 months ago because TLS were too expensive but I just noticed they're now doing 25Gb broadband for $50 with no excess fees, compared to Optus 20Gb with $0.15 per Mb excess- plus phone calls.
Point is, if TLS had offered me that deal 12 months ago I would have stayed because their SERVICE in my 13 years on the net with 5 different companies was excellent.
I may find myself back there when my two yrs with Optus runs out.
Things change...
