As my mate Pinto has been pointing out for the last few years, why would you buy shares in high risk countrys.
This week we had a classic example of what he,s been banging on about( MALI )milarty coup.
If you have shares in a gold mine in Mali, what is the furture ? Who knows !
Also I read in the paper today that alot of other countrys are introducing mining tax ie Indonesia ( etc )that includes gold mines ( unlike our MRRT )which excludes gold.
So in closing it looks like coolgardie / Laverton are possibly some of the best/ safest locations in the world to operate a gold mine
P.S It looks like labours days are numbered
