Taking a countries government to court? An action I suspect that may well just come to furthered lengthy losses than any gains. Something Lynas aren't looking well to handle given how close to the bone profits already are and would be even more so with furthered lack of co-operation via the government. Even if a win happened I doubt any compensation would off steer the heavy losses incurred to any degree. I don't think it will take a lot to tip the scales.
Share price still suggestive LYC remains in the governments vice like grip with many months to go to know if Lynas can escape it.
I look forward to following this storey unfolding though. Big lesson to learn here for many investors when it comes to investing into such projects on Asian soil.
