PPSA: My take is Zimbabwe government is not after profits but the resource( gas) The agreement is likely based on sharing gas not profits hence the need to consult Algerians. Zimbabwe intends to build an industry not profit taking- for this reason, the terms may be very different to those posted above. The only positive outcome is that Zimbabwe has no intention to shaft IVZ. Zimbabwe knows the success of this project is based on IVZ or its named partner being the operator(s) in this project.
