You could hold, or could sell and get back in at a lower price... you will end up with more shares at the end of the day (if you do indeed end up buying at a lower price), or you could buy less shares (or the same amount) and use the rest of the money for other purposes.
SPs go up and they go down.
This is at a three-year low. Doesn't look like the SP will hold at current level... but it may. Not sure that there will be an announcement in the short term that would change the current trend - but there may will be.
SP looks to be finding a bottom... would have been ideal to sell on the most recent news about the CR.
