If that was the case, IVZ would not have made the discoveries and proven the project........ How would they negotiate anything, they would have just lost the lease......... Now, it is all over the World Media and we certainly have strength in our negotiations.
Unfortunately, many are now just playing with the SP trying to get in...... I am sure, there is much going on behind the scenes.
