yeah that's a good point, the two should have been run concurrently. However you do see it quite often in a lot of companies that the offer to soph investors happens before the retail one, possibly to boost confidence for retail investors. I just think bod had no idea the price would tank so much as nothing on the ground warranted a drop below 13c
