What an effort phraseology by Ionic in attempting to disguise a disastrous CR which collected only $730k out of $2.8m this is only 26% subscribed!! - puts an unusual slant on "we have exceeded all expectations".  Then goes on to proclaim this as "broad-based support for our work is a resounding endorsement of our exciting technologies and demonstrates the wide appeal of our offering" - this makes Donald Trumps claim of "biggest crowd - period" look pretty mild.  I guess it's just an example of "putting lip stick on the pig" but at least now investors know what they are dealing with.
