G'day Marvin.
Very good post and I gave you a tick up.
I agree on most points and especially that a consolidation was needed but, I think what worries most holders is that this will simply allow many more rounds of dilution to begin.
I do not know if MSC really are going to deliver on this one or not, however, I have become very cynical about trusting Vic after so many times he has said that orders and great announcements are just around the corner and yet so far we have seen nought.
The man is obviously very clever in that he has kept the company alive during the financial crisis when I really would have expected it to roll over and die.
On the negative side he has been well rewarded for doing so.
From bitter experience I can say that I have been badly burned by consolidations before when the company had a very substantial consolidation only for the price to continue it's downward trend ending up at the same price as before the consolidation, but I only had a tenth of the number of shares then.
They need to back this up with some really good announcements that actually prove to be more than just hype, otherwise, it will be " good night nurse " for MSC.
This is definitely Vic's last chance.
