Sure the share base does some need consolidation, ONLY and ONLY after some ground breaking SOLID ann's.
But who are you KIDDING! The sp will drop by min 25% as there will probably be NO factual ann's to back up Vic's pie in the sky sales revenue forcasts ( just chk all prev years ann's for clarity ).
It happens to all the spec penny dreadfulls when they try to resemble a respectable sp. Just consider why the sp has gone NOWHWERE of late, the same negative trading will spiral the newly coverted sp.
