    you'd expect the price to close in on $1.30 as D-day gets closer...volume doesn't support your argument I don't think. It's a terrible deal, no question.....too bad UMC directors welch on good deals (CRM) but stick to bad ones.

    Credibility of Deloitte's independent valuation is also in the sewers.
