Hey toph, I would probably hold back paying them if they were under 1bt.

But as I am a gung ho captain of industry I would pay them knowing that a PFS is to come,I have hot Asian connections who will buy off one of the most stable countries of the world,I have over 220mt @ 70%, during this time I have established some credble markets and some of the majors are wanting in on the deal cause transport is just at the door and a ready made established workforce is across the road.

I did this alll without worrying about HC.
