Forum has only one plot and that is to see through rosy glass with blinkers on.
It is unlikely for any government around the world to endorse on a particular technology especially patented ones.
Government can provide a framework on categories or high level plan with objectives to meet.
How the objectives are met is to be implemented by companies with/without government grant lime R&D etc.,
IMO Indian PSUs see these technologies fit for purpose and they are forking out money for R&D circa AUD$35 million.
So government talks, discussions regarding energy planning etc is beyond what ECT or any other company does unless business run by people have heavy influence in governments or ministers whose personal business is heavily invested in coy or they own huge share base.....then policies could be inclining NOT directly to technologies....rather more visibile lobbying could be seen for cleaner coal discussions etc.
Bottom line the coy is at the mercy of Indians be it the PSUs or the advisors helping the coy.
I am happy and agree putting up with insane delays like new kids on the block but not the FOMO as often portrayed as if there is no tomorrow.
