The GFC and its associated declines are fresh in peoples minds. volatility has been high and buying recently has been on low volumn accross the market.
Most market players have called on a pullback or complete change in direction over the last few weeks.
investors have been reducing their holdings and have been poised to sell and sit on the sidelines. stop losses have been triggered.
Obama comes out and starts talking about printing heaps of cash still.......Dow is set to climb till there is bad news that cant be disregarded.
It matters only a degree what the fair value for CTP is. If a blue chip tanks to 15% less than true value then at best people off load specs to get into an undervalued blue. At worst they see that the values ascribed are smoke and mirrors and look for a complete change in investment means.
CTP is an incredible speculative play. They currently have the means, method and ambition to test probably three of their most promising leads.
If they are succesful on any there should be many multiples of your initial investment, not becuase of the bpd that are initally pumped or gas recovered etc... but because they have effectively monopolised the entire area and then some.
