    Unfortunately I think the announcement was well-hidden.
    It came out just before close.
    It wasn't marked as price-sensitive.
    There was another announcement the same day.
    It wasn't released by CTP but by ROG.

    The combination of these things seems to mean that the market isn't really acknowledging the announcement.
