I would be expecting an announcment today that will determine the sp movement.
Given that Grand Gulf has a prospectus for a partially underwritten non‐renounceable entitlement issue
(Offer) outstanding there will be a need for a supplementary prospectus, which will be lodged when
Grand Gulf has more certainty on the current situation.
The underwriters are continuing to support the Offer whilst retaining their rights under the terms of the
underwriting agreements, which contain a material adverse change clause.
If things are on track and the underwriters are happy to continue then should have good support if anything different happens will then it will depend what is written.
