Jckorn - I think you may have found part of the answer. Even though a potential suitor might be trying to manipulate and accumulate, it is very possible that brokers to the last CR might be gradually disposing of a large overhang of shares that they were obliged to take under their agreement to underwrite that issue.
It would be nice if the good people at FAR could give the brokers concerned a polite nudge to cease and desist until the 15 March announcement has had time to lift the sp to more realistic levels.
