I think its the case of instos unlikely to buy in until deal is closed/near closure/will get in on finance.

Retail too lazy to run the numbers/dont get the numbers. The company dont bother with retail promotion, which is a good thing I think. Seem to just be getting on with the work at hand.

ATU is probably comparable, but New Elk is miles ahead, fully permiitted, ML, CHPP in place, production in circa 6 months vs yrs away etc etc. ATU double the MC... go figure...
