My email to the ACCC, not sure it's them in charge of complains against the ASX and not sure it will do anything to stop those scammers but I recommend everyone to do like me. Go to the ACCC website and lodge an online complain against the ASX
Good Morning, I had shares from MM1:ASX, received an email back to 8 FEV 2022 informing me that all my shares will be sold on the 22 March 2022 because I am considered a small holder!like 5464 other holders out of a total of 6136 MM1 holder!Representing 4% of the Company's issued shares. It said: The Company may, under its Constitution and the ASX Listing Rules, sell your sharesthrough the Facility.
The Company is authorized to sell your shares following the closing date of 5pm(WST) on Tuesday, 22 March 2022 (Closing Date).So the email went to my spambox and it's only now that i realized all my shares are gone!2601 shares that represented a total value of about $4557 Days after my shares were sold without my consent based of some scammy ASX rules.
The MM1 stock suddenly started to bullish (note MM1 never had any bullish trend for over 5 years!)The stock went from 0.1750 to up to 0.3650, an increase of ~108% in just 20 days! Clearly a stock market manipulation knowing that most of the holders received MM1 as a consolation reward from A40 just before they moved to Singapore and ASX deemed all A40 stock worthless ! Making thousands shareholders lose all their investment! They would have sold at the ATH their MM1 like I would have done! MM1 clearly wanted to avoid that knowing their stock will bullish so they needed us out!Now once again ASX is playing us for fool with those scammy rules! I want to lodge a complain against the ASX so they give me back all MM1 stolen from me.
