Complain to the ASIC against midas minerals and computer shares. i recommend everyone who got their shares sold without being aware of it to do the same as me. clear . market manipulation from Midas Minerals a d clear failure to disclose upcoming sales of the shares as computer shares sent emails et mails. to that day I only received the final goodbye (a check of $400..) when I invested $20K in TAWANA who all screwed us big time.
The company sold my 2601 shares through computer shares through COMPUTERSHARE INVESTOR SERVICES PTY LIMITED.
On 29/04/2022 I received a later with a check of $494.19 telling me that following a later dated of 08/02/2022 (never received neither email)
My shares were sold under the term of the less than marketable parcel sale facility.
Everyone with less than $500 MM1 shares by the end of 28/01/2022 where considered small holders and sold!
That date was the lowest price MM1:asx had in Months (how convenient)
My 2601 shares where sold the 22/03/2022 for $0.145 each like 5464 other shareholders out of 6136 shareholders!
Next day immediately MM1 stock price started to increase up to seat now at $0.36
This is an obvious market manipulation, all done legally thanks to an asx laws punishing small holders.
