I F'd up big time. Filled out the form and emailed it through instead of posting, had it emailed it to the wrong email address
[email protected] instead of [email protected]. no bounce. My bad but goes to show the smoke and mirrors these companies operate under. Salty yes, surprised no. so trying to get rid of the drip reset password. Computershare hardcopy post temporary to my post box recieved 3 weeks later. Lost everything but not surprised with this lot of shiftsters be warned.
