Normally I would agree, but if an agreement is already made, FBR would have been obliged to disclose the agreement to the market. Unless they consider it non-material. Also, I don't think these positions are exclusively created with FBR in mind. Some of the descriptions of tasks are quite broad. I hope I am wrong, and there's an announcement coming soon, I managed to average down to high 7 this week, announcement of this level should give me early profit leading up to Christmas.
