With all the millions in the bank
how much is it for FBR to buy a parcel of land, pay for a builder to build a house with FBR supplying the walls, and get a occupancy permit. Then sell the house.
What would it cost? How much is a single block of land on the outskirts of Perth?
If the HX was so close to being able to do that, then surely you would just get it done and put everyone out of their misery.
Surely cheaper than the 650k in airfares last FY.

Sadly it seems that FBR is many months if not longer from being able to get the above done.
