In my opinion this will be back in 7c range by the end of the week and it will sit flat in that range. If we don't see any positive announcement this month this will go back down to 5-6c.
Announcement addressing building standards and completion of display homes should see this move up to 9c. JV with Wienerberger should push SP up by a couple of cents.
If everything goes to plan, we should be back in low 10c by the end of the year, just in time for CR.
