    Hi onyx, the nominated price in the buy order means the cap of the price the buyer is willing to pay. It happened to me when i put a higher buy order then someone's sell order was lower than my buying price, the exchange price was the seller's nominated price, which is lower than my offer. This happens when the trading is not frequent and volume is low (such as SGN)
