Any insto trying to get out, doesn't hit the stack like that either, they will drip feed into demand. This algo was designed to run stops and/or test for demand. If nothing comes in by close, expect more downside, but i'm pretty confident this is a (fairly crude) attempt to flush out and accumulate.
