I agree with you and have already stated this privately with a top 50 holder. Both Bryan and the chairman should fall on their sword and resign before the AGM. As mentioned before I have voted no to all motions put forward in the AGM. Only to get their attention. From all accounts the top 50 did not ask the hard questions and Bryan and the Chairman weren’t forthcoming. They have to go.
