A 1.5c range is hardly a break out in either direction. Look at a chart. The stock is ever so slowly moving up. It is not a straight line and it is agonisingly slow, but a cent either side of the trend line is what we call white noise.
I would be reasonably comfortable to trade in and out around the trend line, but it is so darn tight it is hardly worth it.
