Capital Mining to provide update on acquisition of Cambodian based gold assets

Capital Mining (ASX: CMY) is preparing to provide the market with an update to its 8th October 2013 announcement regarding an acquisition.

The agreement was with Indochine Mining (ASX: IDC) to acquire up to an 85% shareholding in Indochine Resources Pty Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Indochine Mining Limited which own gold assets in Cambodia.

The halt will remain in place until the opening of trade on Thursday 19th December 2013, or earlier if an announcement is made to the market.
