    I think it is perhaps more likely to be an unwillingness of the market to pay higher.

    Bumi should be marketing their parcel to the potential bidder, if known. But seriously there are only so many options, and petro is definiyely my bet.

    I am intrigued by the ruminations of nhc being involved.

    Lets wait some more eh?
