sp capped without closure on bg's rog-block

mho, our sp will go nowhere until we have closure on bg's rog-block. tha longer this debacle continues, the more obvious it is dat bg is vehimently against rog's inclusion on 2 fronts;

1. they know rog will be tha deadlock breaker at the table, & will side wit ctp

2. bg are heavily vested in using csg, but ctp & rog are only interested in ucg

hence, my fear is dat bg can push dis arbitration out 4 a mighty long time 2 frustr8 us. now dat it has come 2 arbitration, it shows dat bg are gonna be relentless. we could be in 4 a very frustrating few months yet!

p.s. i could chat 'bout how we are gonna be at $8 next year, but as always, i prefer 2 keep it real;-)
